It’s time for the power lunch of the year – the fun, crazy
and memorable luncheon that celebrates the women, men and
families that have charted new courses of hope, dignity and
self-sufficiency.
Business and community leaders won’t want to miss this
year’s annual event, which celebrates the important goal of

us to celebrate another year of changing lives through education,
training and connecting people with quality jobs
This annual event is known as the “fun” luncheon of
the year – with an exciting array of give-a-way packages just in
time for the holidays or simply for some well-deserved self-indulgence.
Among the fabulous items guests at last year’s event received
were a foursome of golf at the beautiful Sanctuary resort, a weekend
stay at the luxury Hidden Meadow Ranch, a romantic dinner at T.
Cook’s at the Royal Palms, US Airways tickets to get out of town
and more.
It’s not uncommon to see someone running in heels,
belting out opera songs, offering up some hidden treasure in their
purse or striking a yoga pose to win the coveted prizes.

Attendees at the Faces of Success Luncheons are also known as a
generous group that gathers to honor people who have defied their
personal challenges, including an annual recipient of the Jeanne Lind
Herberger Award for those who give back to the community in significant
ways.
Once again,we will honor several participants who have
excelled through their use of AWEE’s programs, as well as
community leaders who have stepped up to help women and men change
their lives throughthe dignity of work.
