ready to work individuals who have been trained for success
in employment etiquette, AWEE also offers employers:
- Customized
training and education workshops deliverable in Maricopa,
Yavapai and Pima counties, at your place of business, to
support your existing workforce and positively impact your
employee retention efforts
- Access
to interviewing and screening space and a pool of job ready
individuals within an AWEE office
- Career
coaching to guide participants through the first months
of a new position to aid in rapid adjustment to a new environment
and promote job retention
- Continued
career support and guidance for AWEE-referred employees
for up to two years
- Assistance
in covering the cost of uniforms or tools for new employees
- The
opportunity to share your expertise as a guest speaker on
industry trends and employment opportunities with current
participants
